Fundraising
We now have a fundraising commitee within the group who have arranged a full host of ideas and events for kids and parent to take part in over the next year. Please check the site for regular updates.
We will be looking for your support, please lend a hand anyway that you can. We need to work together.
Ceilidh 2007
Our next big fundraising event will take place on Saturday 10th November. This will be a ceilidh which will take place in the scout hall. Again we look for your support with this; tickets will be on sale when all sections start back after the summer break. Please spread the word to friends and family and get those babysitters booked well in advance……….. no excuses!!
Race night
The race night we held in June was ahuge success managing to bring in a total of £1900, just short of 2 grand. It was a brilliant night and raising lots more money than we had expected. The money will be split between the scouts summer trip to Kandersteg and to the group account for the upkeep of the hall.

Race Night 2007
We will be holding another race night on 1st June 2007. This is to help with group funds and some contribution towards the scouts summer camp to kandersteg in august. This is the 3rd year in a row we will be holding this event which has been very successfull in the past. Tickets on sale now!

Bag Packing
The group will be doing bag packing at Iceland in the Quadrant, Coatbridge on the following dates in December 2006.
